The role is full-time (37.5 hours a week) Monday-Friday, and term-time only. The school is an inclusive and inspiring day and residential setting, supporting around 90+ children and young adults across two well-equipped, welcoming school buildings. Learners, aged 5-19, have moderate to profound complex needs, including Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Autism, so the school is looking for a nurturing, resilient, and supportive team member.As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your role is diverse and goes beyond academic support. This school is committed to making education accessible and enjoyable, while also focusing on the personal development, life skills, and overall well-being of each child. Level 2 Diploma in teaching and learning (desirable not essential)
