With competitive rates of pay, an array of local schools and our dedicated candidate support, this is an opportunity not to be missed!CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILSLocation: BristolPosition: SEN Teaching AssistantType of work: Carry out professional duties, responsible for group support/1:1 support, ensure the safety and welfare of pupils, small group work, reading, forest school opportunitiesStart Date: ASAPRate of pay : £95 – £115Hours: 08:30 – 16:00EXPERIENCEDesirable:*Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (not essential)*Experience of working in Primary Schools*Experience of inclusive classroom practice*An understanding/awareness of supporting SEND requirements*Previous experience of supporting learning using a range of strategies, both with groups and on a 1:1 basis*Drives (ideal but not essential)TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:Hold right to work in the UKHold and enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new applicationProvide two professional child related referencesOTHERIf you would like to be considered for any primary teaching roles, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.Prospero Teaching is acting as an employment business/education recruitment agency in relation to this vacancy.
