Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Shropshire
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term, part time.Responsibilities:
- Provide vital support to students with Special Educational Needs in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers to implement personalised education plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes student well-being.
- Work alongside teachers, parents, and caregivers to enhance the learning journey.
- Play an active role in maintaining an encouraging classroom atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Possess relevant qualifications or experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant.
- Display a strong commitment to supporting students with Special Educational Needs.
- Excellent communication skills for building relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Adaptability to cater to different learning styles and individual student requirements.
- Experience with challenging behavior.
