With a team of experienced professional teachers and a range of specialised resources, the school ensures that every student receives the support they require to reach their full potential.Role Requirements for SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Relevant experience working with students with SEN, preferably within an educational setting is an advantage but an upbeat and positive mindset is key
• The ability to support students effectively and demonstrate an understanding of different types of SEN
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong academic background
• Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude towards supporting students’ well-being
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals
