Job Title: SEN TutorLocation:England, South East England, SurreyJob Type:Temporary, Part-Time hoursSalary:£20 – £30 Per hourJob Description:We are looking for a dedicated SEN Tutor to join our team in Surrey. As an SEN Tutor, you will be responsible for providing specialised support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to help them achieve their academic goals. This is a temporary position with part-time hours.Job Duties:

  • Provide tailored academic support to students with SEN
  • Develop individualised learning plans based on students’ needs
  • Implement effective teaching strategies to engage students
  • Assess students’ progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support students’ learning

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Education or related fieldExperience:Prior experience working with students with SENKnowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) practises
  • Ability to create and deliver individualised learning plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and empathy when working with students with SEN

Working Conditions:This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis. The work environment will be in educational settings, collaborating with students, teachers, and parents to support students with SEN.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
