- Provide individualised support and tuition to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the specific needs of each student
- Assist students in improving their academic performance and achieving their learning goals
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff regarding student progress and support needs
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, empathetic, and supportive approach to teaching
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field
- Additional training or qualifications in SEN support is desirable
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a tutor or teacher with students with SEN
- Demonstrated success in supporting students with diverse learning needs
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of different learning styles and teaching methods
- Ability to adapt teaching approaches to suit individual student requirements
- Proficient in using educational resources and technology to enhance learning
Working Conditions:
- Part-Time position with flexible hours
- Work may involve travel to students’ homes or educational institutions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
