Job Title: SEN TutorLocation:South East England, Berkshire, ReadingJob Type:Temporary, Part-Time hoursSalary:£20 – £30 Per hourJob Duties:– Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).– Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students’ specific needs and abilities.– Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students’ learning experience.– Monitor and assess student progress regularly, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.– Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.Required Qualifications:– Relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs (SEN).– Experience working with students with SEN in an educational setting.– Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.Education:– Degree in Education or related field.Experience:– Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with SEN.Knowledge and Skills:– Knowledge of SEN legislation and best practises.– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.– Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.Working Conditions:– Part-Time hours, flexible schedule.– Work in a classroom or one-on-one setting with students.– Collaborate with a team of education professionals.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
