Location: Kingston upon ThamesRole: SENCOSalary: Outer London Pay Scale + SEN AllowanceTeaching Personnel’s PWR team are looking for an outstanding SENCO to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Kingston upon Thames. This is a full-time role starting in September, and the school is keen to meet candidates who have a passion for working with children with special educational needs.The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and experience of leading and managing SEN provision. You will be committed to ensuring that all pupils with SEN have access to the support they need to achieve their full potential. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals.The school is looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference to the lives of children with SEN. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
