🔹 Lead & Manage the SEN Department – Oversee the provision for students with special educational needs and ensure their needs are met effectively.
🔹 Develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) – Tailor learning plans to support each student’s unique needs and ensure their academic and social development.
🔹 Monitor Student Progress – Track the progress of students with SEN, ensuring they receive the appropriate support and adjustments.
🔹 Collaborate with Staff & Parents – Work with teachers and parents to ensure a holistic approach to each student’s education and well-being.Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in special education and leadership.
✅ Passionate About SEN – A deep commitment to supporting students with additional learning needs.
✅ Experienced Leader – Ability to manage a team and lead the school’s SEN strategy.
✅ Empathetic & Supportive – Skilled at providing tailored support and fostering an inclusive environment.
✅ Strong Communication Skills – Excellent ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders, including staff, students, and parents.
