✔️ Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages independence and confidence.
✔️ Work closely with SEND specialists, support staff, and external agencies to provide the best support for students.
✔️ Monitor and assess students’ progress, using EHCPs and personalised learning plans to inform teaching.
✔️ Use a range of differentiated teaching strategies to engage learners with diverse needs.
✔️ Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing updates on students’ progress and development.
✔️ Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and CPD opportunities related to SEND.✅ What We’re Looking For🔹 QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree in Education or SEND.
🔹 Experience working with students with SEND, particularly in a classroom setting.
🔹 A deep understanding of EHCPs, differentiation, and inclusive teaching strategies.
🔹 Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with colleagues and external professionals.
