They must analyze and identify measures for assisting the entrepreneur concerned and, in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, proceed with implementing and/or executing such measures.CHALLENGES TO BE METWork actively with clients and their business advisors to resolve their difficulties in order to improve the situation and communicate effectively and openly with them when explaining BDC’s position.When necessary, identify the highest potential of recovery for BDC and develop an action plan accordingly by assessing risks, pinpointing potential problems, and obtaining and analyzing the required information.Establish solid contact networks both internally (Credit Risk Management, Business Centres, Corporate Financing, etc.) and externally (lawyers, trustees, appraisers).Show resourcefulness and creativity in developing action plans that will satisfy as much as possible both BDC and the borrower, and that will ensure the cooperation of all parties involved.Recommend and execute liquidation plans in such a way as to ensure maximum and prompt recovery.Keep abreast of all changes to BDC’s loan policies and procedures.
