Salary: $70,000-$80,000 plus exceptional benefits and working environmentOur business facilities and services client is excited to hire an Accountant to report to and assist the Finance Director with day-to-day accounting for a multi-location office facilities and co-working operation. This is an in-office role, working closely and collaboratively with other team members to ensure a happy and productive environment for both clients and staff.Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist, coordinate, and execute fully automated accounting activities

• Perform full-cycle accounts payable
• Perform full-cycle accounts receivable
• Assist with and perform payroll accounting
• Assist with annual budget and income projections
• Cash flow projections and forecasting
• Consolidations
• Revenue reporting
• Expense reporting
• Other duties that fall within the scope of accounting and finance, or as requested

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Relevant post-secondary education, CPA or CPA student preferred
• 3+ years’ recent full-cycle accounting including accounts payable, receivable, payroll
• E-transfer and wire payments
• Strong reconciliation skills, particularly bank reconciliation
• Month-end and reporting
• Experience with MS Office and QuickBooks Online required, Office R&D, and Dext are nice-to-have
• Highly effective communicator and listener, able to follow direction, meet deadlines, and work well with others
