Position: Senior Accounting Technician
Location: Downtown Montreal (Onsite)
Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 (Based on Experience)

– At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience
– Fluently bilingual for communications outside Quebec
– Ability to work under a multi-company structure
– Team and service-oriented
– Organized and attentive to detail
– In-depth knowledge of MS Office, specifically ExcelResponsibilities:– Monthly bank reconciliations for various legal entities
– Periodic GST/PST filings for various legal entities
– Preparation and coordination of all government/regulatory filings
– Cheque and deposit preparation, when required
– Daily verification/reconciliation and maintenance of investment portfolio transactions on software platform
– Assistance with monthly reconciliation of all brokerage accounts in investment portfolio
– Assistance with monthly accruals for closing of G/L and books
