Locum Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer – 3 months + – Remote Working – Full Time – Up to £55 per hour – MidlandsPosition: Locum Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer

Hourly Rate: Up to £55 per hour UmbrellaThe ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority and can demonstrate knowledge of Adult Social Care matters.Duties may include:
- Undertake all aspects of legal work relating to Adult Social Care Legislation, including, but not limited to, Court of Protection, Section 21a, Section 16 and Designation matters
- Represent the Council in court and may need to conduct advocacy when required
- Liaise and work collaboratively with other legal representatives
- To prepare and manage a varied caseload in relation to all aspects of Adult Social Care matters
