With over 2 million customers we deliver to over 80 countries around the world and our online business is complimented by our industry leading retail stores in Newcastle, Glasgow, Manchester, London and Milan.The Senior Affiliate Executive will be responsible for helping to define the strategy, daily management, operation and delivery of our growing affiliate program globally.What you’ll be doingKey responsibilities
- As a Senior Affiliate and Partnership Executive at END., you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our global affiliate marketing strategy.Collaborating closely with the Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will oversee and enhance END.’s affiliate campaigns on a global scale. Your responsibilities include;
- Collaborate with the Affiliate Marketing Manager to formulate and execute global affiliate marketing strategies that align with END.’s overarching goals.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize affiliate strategy, product campaigns and CPA initiatives.
- Conduct daily account management within our affiliate network (Awin), ensuring effective performance and identifying growth opportunities.
- Proactively engage with our network of publishers, fostering strong relationships and managing partner communications.
- Stay abreast of affiliate industry trends and developments, , analysing competitor activities to propose strategies that elevate END.’s positioning on partner sites.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, , taking the lead in outreach efforts and handling inquiries from publishers.
- Work collaboratively with the Affiliate Manager to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Uphold the quality and consistency of the END. brand across all affiliate campaigns, ensuring a unified and compelling brand presence.

Operating within a well-defined yet influential role, you wield a high degree of autonomy in shaping the execution of assigned tasks.
- Demonstrate a strategic understanding of how your team seamlessly integrates and collaborates with other departments to achieve overarching objectives, contributing to the department’s success.
- Act as a mentor and coach providing on-the-job training and support for new team members.
- Effectively allocate resources, coordinate tasks and ensure optimal work progress, , showcasing your leadership in resource management.
- Exhibit advanced mastery of procedures, enabling you to evaluate and select the most appropriate alternatives from defined options.
- Demonstrate strong decision-making capabilities, planning and monitoring your work with precision within agreed deadlines.
- Take ownership of checking the quality and accuracy of work, producing not only routine reports but also crafting diverse documents from standard templates.
