- Knowledge of the Wealth Advice businesses preferred
- Strong communicator, with excellent oral, written and presentation skills
Education and Accreditation
- Undergraduate degree with 5-7 years of experience in financial services industry
- Regulatory and/or compliance subject matter knowledge preferred

Job Details
The Senior Analyst, Wealth Advice Business Controls supports the Advice Business Controls Lines of Business with the testing and issue management cycle. This includes support with data collection, analysis, self-identification of issues and support for resolution and validation.
Key accountabilities include:
- Support for assigned LOBs with tracking of testing engagements and collection of centrally sourced data, analysis and submission to oversight partners.
- Provide support throughout testing engagements, be they internal (1B, ETC, Audit) or external engagements.
- Identification of gaps on behalf of LOBs, administration of the Advice LOB issues resolution process, including drafting and maintenance of new and existing issue resolution documentation.
- Perform pre-validation activities to ensure issue resolutions are appropriately executed, embedded and sustainable to facilitate validation by internal partners.
- Provide support to various members of the team with review and general analytical support
- Organize and manage issue resolution meetings to ensure that agreed upon action plans with business stakeholders are accurately tracked for Advice Issues Oversight Forum and documented for review by risk and control partners.
- Support executive reporting, including meaningful data insights, on the overall status of Business Controls owned programs and review and analysis of key date points and metrics;
- Exercise discretion in handling communication / correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality ·
- Support the implementation of issues resolution enhancement initiatives in support of the overall business/function strategy
- Ensure an effective and orderly testing process by partnering with internal stakeholders, including 1B Testing, Enterprise Testing Centre (ETC), Audit, Compliance, GAML and Risk.
- In conjunction with the above, review the RCM framework to ensure controls are accurately documented and ownership is assigned and understood.
