Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?Join a dynamic, high-caliber team within Parallel by RBC, a new team dedicated to Family Office. Your role will be focused on providing clients with a holistic overview of their wealth picture by delivering complex wealth aggregation and data management solutions. As a Senior Associate reporting to the Director, you will play a pivotal role in creating an organized, cohesive wealth picture for High Net Worth (HNW) clients with multifaceted portfolios, including multiple income streams, private equity, real estate, luxury assets and lending activities. Leveraging your CFA and analytical skills, you will ensure comprehensive, accurate data management in Addepar and Salesforce, supporting informed decision-making and helping our RBC partners with strategic wealth planning for our clients.What will you do?Collaborate closely with clients and their advisors (internal and external to RBC) to understand and document wealth data, client goals, and financial nuances.Input and maintain complex client information in Addepar to provide a complete view and interpretation of the client assets and obligations.Manage cash flow and coordinate solutions with clients and their advisors/external business partners to meet private equity obligations.Ensure data integrity and accuracy routines are in place to maintain a structured, organized approach to complex wealth data feed. Problem solve where feeds are not available through Addepar and gather information directly from client’s portfolio managers, advisors, etc., to accomplish a fulsome aggregate report of each client’s overall wealth.Be resourceful and implement testing to resolve data issues directly, preferably in advance, and ensure information is updated, accurate and timely for the client portal at all times.Maintain contact records on Salesforce to ensure corporate memory is retained and leveraged for robust client and partner discussions.Facilitate knowledge sharing across the team and RBC to foster a client-centric, data-driven approach, insights/trends to family wealth management.Proactively stay current on RBC’s and third-party digital solutions, offering clients support in technology use, including cybersecurity education.Uphold exceptional service standards, ensuring client issues are resolved promptly and accurately, with follow-up and report back to client or your manager.What do you need to succeed?Must HaveCFA accreditationA minimum of three years’ experience providing advice and solutions to High Net Worth (HNW) or highly complex clientsA deep understanding of financial markets, private equity and alternativesThorough understanding of the sale of HNW financial products and servicesNice to HaveAccounting knowledgePrivate banking experience is an assetA combination of personal and commercial banking experienceWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
