Robert Half is partnering up with an organization looking to add a Senior Bookkeeper to their team. This is a full-time/permanent position on site.Advantages:-Competitive salary (70-80K)-Full benefits-3 weeks vacation-Profit sharing-Free parkingResponsibilities:-Keep up to date on statutory payroll changes-Managing and processing bi-weekly payroll-T4 and ROE preparation-HST remittances-Enter bills; make payments to suppliers-Preparing the financial statements-Intercompany transactions-Preparing monthly financial reporting-Bank and Credit Card reconciliation-Prepare and monitor product profitability reports-Assist the management team; and implement new accounting procedures if required-Month end and year end closing.Qualifications:-Post secondary education in accounting or in a similar field-Must be comfortable working in an office space.
