Job #4802 – Our successful and well-established client is looking for a dynamic Senior Bookkeeper to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Controller of this robust organization, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative functions. • Full-cycle bookkeeping including government reporting and tax compliance, payroll submission, and bank reconciliations
• Preparation and distribution of weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly financial reports
• Assist with project forecasts, performance analysis, cash-flow projections, and budget preparation
• Oversee timesheet submittals and client / project information updates for billings
• Develop processes and procedures alongside the Controller
• Assist with project contract management and preparation of pre-set client contracts
• Maintain financial communication with clients and consultants
• Ad hoc duties as required

• Post-secondary education in accounting and/or finance required
• Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint considered an asset

What’s the Bottom Line:

• $70,000 – $80,000 annual salary range
