Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?The role is responsible for successful definition and execution of requirements needed to deliver against Commercial Banking’s strategic objectives, by providing oversight, guidance, and governance of the business analysis activities on low to moderately complex projects. The purpose of the role is to facilitate strategic analysis, investigation of root causes of business problems and analyze opportunities for business improvement for Commercial Banking initiatives and projects. This role demonstrates knowledge and ability and can apply the Business Analysis competency in moderately complex situations. Is recognized as an expert, internally and/or externally.What will you do?Perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impacted or influencing groups and stakeholder requirements responsibilitiesDevelop plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements, continuously improving the level of detail and accuracy of estimatesFacilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and reviewAnalyze and document detailed business and system solution requirements using enterprise standard requirementsSupport process due diligence and develop future state process map/requirements.Support QA, UAT and PIV activities including planning, test case/plan development, defect triage, root-cause analysis for requirements related issuesEngagement with business, functional, enterprise and T&O partnersSupport Design and Development activities and creation of end-user documentation and trainingSupport the consistency of standards and adherence to enterprise requirements and controls methodologyWhat do you need to succeed?Must-have:2-3 years’ proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative and/or AgileExperience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation.Proven experience in requirements analysis, documentation, design, development, testing and execution.Experience in Commercial BankingUndergraduate Degree/DiplomaNice to have:Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or,Project Management Institute, Professional in Business Analysis (PMI – PBA) CertificationWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
