This is a Senior Care Assistant role at a Barchester Healthcare care home in Ashington. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants, as well as supporting the clinical team in various areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews. The role requires an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, along with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.Main duties of the jobAs a Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support.
