If this resonates with you, then come make a difference at Forge.Requirement: Senior Command and Control Program AnalystJob Description: Forge is hiring a full-time senior program management analyst that has experience supporting DoD Security Cooperation programs to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) International Relations and Engagements Branch’s Command and Control Interoperability Program (C2IP). DISA’s mission is to conduct Department of Defense (DoD) Information Network operations for the joint warfighter to enable lethality across all warfighting domains in defense of our nation.Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities of the candidate will be (but aren’t limited to):
- Provide program management support for the exportation and coordinated implementation of critical information standards with partner nations (in support of warfighting combatant commanders)
- Coordinate with Geographic Combatant Commands (GCC) to support alignment of DISA’s strategic messaging and activities
- Provide meeting support, including, briefing/presentation materials, meeting minutes, action item tracking reports, talking points, background papers and action item follow- up support
- Prepare and submit US guidance packages
- Support the C2IP Symposium including event planning, organization, and facilitation
- Organize and manage records on Microsoft SharePoint and other storage systems
- Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Leverages tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI to improve process efficiency and data visualization for client deliverables; makes recommendations for process
Qualifications/Requirements:The Candidate must have the ability to think strategically, act tactically, and display strong analytical and critical thinking skills. They must also build strong cross-group working relationships and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. The Candidate must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.We are looking for candidates with an active DoD Secret Security clearance, at least 10 years of experience providing program management support, including supporting Security Cooperation programs.Minimum Qualifications:
- US Citizen
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university
- An active SECRET security clearance
- 10 years of program management experience, including support to DoD
- 3+ years of Security Cooperation experience
- Effective interpersonal communication and the ability to build collaborative business relationships both internally and externally
- Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI
Highly Desired Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Comprehensive knowledge of FMS processes, policies and the DSCA e-SAMM
- Experience supporting C2IP programs
- Experience supporting Geographical Combatant Commands or Agency regional field offices
