Job Summary The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Onboarding Team is looking for a Senior Analyst who will be responsible to onboard applications to the RBC IAM services (Entra ID, CyberArk, Sailpoint IIQ, ServiceNow) in accordance with the IAM onboarding strategy and IAM goals. This role will require you to work with a wide range of technology and business stakeholders to implement IAM solutions. You will identify business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals and meet sponsor/stakeholder needs.Job DescriptionWhat will you do?
- Work with business partners and application teams to ensure end-to-end onboarding activities are completed successfully.
- Explain the onboarding process and document requirements
- Provide consultative services to ensure requirements are following RBC Standards.
- Ensure all the supporting evidence, signoffs are documented and stored for Audit purposes
- Participate in all aspects of onboarding testing as per onboarding requirements: This may include:
- Test case scenarios creation and assisting with test case writing
- Assisting with FST, UAT, OAT, and PIV testing
- Identify and implement solutions to improve the efficiency of the onboarding process
- Perform responsibilities related to IAM including single sign-on, authentication/MFA
What do you need to succeed? Must have
- 2-3 years of experience in the IAM domain with one or more of the IAM Services
- Strong understanding of Entra ID authentication and protocols (SAML, OAUTH)
- Strong knowledge of SCIM, Role-Based Access Control, MFA
- Cross-functional collaboration and negotiation with internal teams for effective task completion
Nice to have
- A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or Management Information Systems
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools including Jira, Confluence
- Professional certification(s) related to information security or information risk management such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP
