Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?Responsible for leading the strategic development, delivery, and innovation of audit-related products, tools, and processes that enhance the department’s audit capabilities, efficiency, and value delivery across the organization. This role will be instrumental in driving the digital transformation agenda within Internal Audit, ensuring the adoption of leading-edge technologies, methodologies, and delivery frameworks. The Senior Director will work closely with audit leadership, technology teams, and key stakeholders to conceptualize, develop, and deploy innovative audit products that improve risk identification, enhance audit execution, and deliver data-driven insights aligned with evolving regulatory and business needs.What will you do?Accelerate the transformation of Internal Audit through the delivery of innovative, technology-driven products and solutionsLead a high-impact product delivery function within Internal Audit, ensuring operational excellence and sustainable delivery capabilitiesDeliver measurable business value by enhancing audit efficiency, effectiveness, and risk coverage through the adoption of innovative toolsPosition the Internal Audit department as a forward-thinking, innovative, and technology enabled function that delivers meaningful insights to the businessWhat do you need to succeed?Must-have:10+ years of experience in product management, innovation, and digital delivery roles with a track record of successfully implementing these technologies in a business context.10+ years of experience managing and guiding cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goalsStrong expertise in in AI, data science, machine learning, and automation.Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the intersection between technology and business, capable of driving innovation that delivers tangible value.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build consensus and drive collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups.Nice-to-have:Prior experience working in/with audit, compliance or risk management functionsWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
