Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the Opportunity?We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive seamless adoption and integration of digital solutions across our sales and distribution networks. In this role you will be instrumental in shaping our digital and data roadmap to enhance the way that we serve employees, advisors, and insurance specialists. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring our digital products are seamlessly adopted, effectively launched, and continuously improved to meet the evolving needs of the business.What Will I do?

  • Act as the voice of Sales and Distribution teams in shaping our digital and data strategy. Partner closely with sales and distribution, digital product, design, and CX to inform our Digital & Data roadmap, mapping a strategy that will accelerate our ambition to become the most advanced insurer when it comes to digitally enabling Advisors and Sales partners.
  • Oversee a team responsible for digital go-to-market strategy, ensuring smooth launches of digital products
  • Bring together marketing, communications, change management, and sales enablement teams to align efforts and drive seamless adoption and to develop and execute strategies to socialize and promote digital innovations.
  • Oversee a team that works closely with product, technology, and design teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of digital solutions across our third-party distribution network
  • Drive the development of APIs and integrations into third-party broker tools, enhancing connectivity across the ecosystem
  • Lead a team responsible for ongoing digital product fixes and support to ensure a smooth user experience
  • Lead a team focused on leveraging knowledge management and automation to simplify processes for employees, advisors, and insurance specialists
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce friction in day-to-day workflows

What Will I Need to Succeed?Must-Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, innovation, or digital delivery roles with a track record of successfully implementing these technologies in a business context.
  • 10+ years of experience managing and guiding cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals
  • Strong expertise in in AI, data science, machine learning, and automation.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the intersection between technology and business, capable of driving innovation that delivers tangible value.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build consensus and drive collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience working in the Insurance, Insurtech or financial services industries
