Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?
Senior Director, End User Provisioning Services will lead an enterprise-wide provisioning operations across Active Directory, Unix and Mainframe. This role will oversee a global team and drive operational efficiency, automation and compliance with IAM policies, security standards and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong problems solving, analytical thinking and collaboration skills, capable of managing complex priorities while enhancing identity governance and access provisioning processes.What will you do?
- Lead a multi-tiered team of IAM professionals.
- Leverage storytelling and data-informed insights to effectively communicate complex IAM concepts including provisioning to senior leaders and stakeholders ensuring alignment on key priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee all end-user provisioning operations, ensuring adherence to IAM policies, regulatory standards, and security best practices.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance provisioning efficiency, automation, and compliance.
- Ensure all provisioning activities comply with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to enforce identity governance, risk management, and compliance across provisioning services.
- Assess and proactively identify risks, troubleshoot complex access issues, and drive remediation and process optimization and automation.
- Monitor operational metrics ensuring ongoing compliance with established Service Level Agreement and thresholds.
- Coach and mentor team members fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, innovation, and operational excellence within the team.
What do you need to succeed?Must-Have
- Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), provisioning, or IT Operations.
- Proven experience managing large teams with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Expertise in Active Directory, Unix and Mainframe provisioning processes.
- Strong knowledge of IAM policies, security best practices and compliance.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Strong and effective storytelling and stakeholder management including senior leaders.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to work across IT, security, compliance and business units.
- Experience driving automation and process optimization in an operational provisioning team.
Nice to have:
- Experience with identity governance administration (IGA) solutions.
- Experience working with audit teams including walkthroughs of existing procedures
- Knowledge of risk management strategies within IAM
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks for service management.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ITIL are a plus.
