The mission of the EMEA Senior Director, TA Strategic Enablement is to design and execute the Regional TA Strategic Enablement Strategy, enabling efficient and inclusive organizational growth. This will be achievedin close collaboration with our EMEA TA Leadership team, HR, D&I, Technology & Analytics and Finance Teams regionally as well as teammates across the Global Talent Acquisition/HR Leadership team. This role will drive the development of the TA team in the areas of Inclusive process design & optimization, TA capability development & TA performance as we charter our path to delivering the world’s best hiring experience.

Core responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with the EMEA VP Talent Acquisition and EMEA HR Leadership team to designthe EMEA TA Strategic enablement roadmap and project manage the delivery and execution.
  • Define and measurecore TA success metrics, ensuringour systems, tools and processes are effectively enablingthe best experience to all customer groups.
  • Innovate on the TA CapacityPlanning process, optimizing supply (TA) and drive alignment with business demand (headcount)
  • Facilitate strategic budgetdiscussion that marryup our roadmap with creativeuse of our fundingmodel on behalfof the EMEA talent team, partnering with cross functional stakeholders to align and meet the company cadence.
  • Review our end to end hiring processand work with the TalentAcquisition Leadership team to design,document and communicate across our extended HR community of over 400 EMEA HR team members, driving consistency in experience across the region
  • Collaborate with Global TA and EMEA HR Technology to enhance the functionality of our systemsto meet local requirements and support user experience, including implementing new tech as we further innovate.
  • Invest in and enhance Talent Acquisition dashboards that provide on-demandTalent Insights that fuel and guide our talent strategy.
  • Oversee our reportinginfrastructure and build templates and a communication cadence, guiding the TA Operations team to execute strategies that best informs the business on hiring forecasting, pacing and performance.
  • Design and delivera Talent Enablement Plan that nurturesskills required to uplevel the TA team inthe areas of TA process change, enhancements and insights, facilitating career growth and increasing customer/candidate experience.
  • Inspire our TA team by role modelling our values and lead with a missiondriven mindset.
  • Bring an outsidein perspective on the changinglandscape of tools and tech in the Talent Space,to enable us to continuously innovate and experiment, pushing the boundaries to think differently.

EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS

  • Design, document and socialize for alignment the 3 year TA Strategic Enablement roadmap
  • Lead the execution of the EMEA TA StrategicEnablement Strategy, executingkey workstreams as a SME
  • Lead both a direct team as well as x-functional project teams to deliver on our strategyand hiring initiatives
  • Elevate the performance of our TA Above PropertyTeam through enablement programs and scaleon property
  • Provide an EMEA voice that shares both quantitative and qualitative regionalinsights, that help shapeand align the EMEA TA Strategy
  • In delivering on the above you will increase the experience of hiring in EMEA againstcore TA metric

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience

  • Experienced in leadingregional and/or global projects throughdiscovery, design, test and implementation, with particular experience in TA technology/process change implementation and enablement.
  • 3+ years peopleleadership experience
  • Management of X functional or X countryfinancial budgets includingreporting
  • Strategy design and facilitation experience
  • Change Management

Education or Certification

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
