Exciting opportunity for a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join this multi office West Midlands practice.The vacancy is based just outside Birmingham city centre and the firm require a Head of Disputes to join their successful department. Working as part of a busy and friendly team, you will manage a varied caseload including:
- Contractual issues including claims made under personal guarantees
- Professional negligence
- Company and partnership disputes
- Shareholder disputes
- Freezing and search orders
- High value personal disputes
- Insolvency litigation
