Bridge the skill set gap between field service, sales and service centre and Senior Management.Working alongside colleagues, you will be a great team player and take pride in your workplace and working environment, making sure that high standards are maintained whilst complying with company procedures and processes.   • Main Engineer on install sites, co-ordinates work on site, allocates roles and responsibilities to team members on site
  • Plan own works for surveys, installs, operating and deinstalls
  • Liaises with Sales for new work and site surveys for technical knowledge
  • Overseas and leads install/deinstall on projects
  • Books in install and kit surveys for all install sites/projects
  • Uses time to train others on basic install and maintenance tasks when in the service centre
  • Looks for opportunities to grow fleet and expand services – time management and maximise productivity/downtime
  • Actively engages with H&S initiatives
  • Actively seeks for engineering and H&S improvements
  • Attends FAT’s/SAT’s on behalf of SBR-CP and represents SBR-CP in professional capacity in front of clients (Local and Abroad)
  • When workload dictates assist with site installs, cable installs etc
  • Motivated – Lead by example, assist in growing team knowledge
  • Attends business specific training as required
  • Any other duties reasonably requested.

  • Be an effective team player when working with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow with maximum output
  • Computer Literate with MS programs
  • Excellent Attention to detail
  • Planning and Prioritizing

  • Good understanding of client expectations and the impact of failure/cost due to poor quality
  • Understanding of H&S
  • Customer facing – Good communication skills

Qualifications and Experience Levels

  • GCSE or Equivalent
  • Previous install experience
  • ECS / CSCS
  • Mechanical & Electrical experience advantageous
  • Used to working to deadlines
  • Financial awareness
  • Detailed approach
  • Ideally someone been in and around rental and fixed install application
  • Application skill set
  • Ideally familiar in all SBR-CP Products with a strong knowledge in 3 of SBR-CP key products/areas
