Location 55 Baker StreetKnight Frank is looking to hire a Senior Executive Assistant to Chair of Europe.We are the world’s leading independent international property consultancy, headquartered in the UK, offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors. Established in 1896, Knight Frank now comprises a global network of over 20,000 people in 600+ Offices across 50 Territories.Role:Based in our Global HQ on Baker Street, the Senior Executive Assistant will support the Chair of Europe within the European Leadership team. Acting as their right-hand person, the candidate will manage a busy workload and meeting schedule, assist with their responsibilities as Chair of Europe and Chair of the Group’s ESG Board, and provide administrative and organizational support to the wider European Leadership team. Confidentiality, influencing skills, and the ability to offer solutions and make decisions on behalf of the Chair of Europe are crucial to this role.Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive team spirit by supporting individual team members and organizing regular team socials.
- Assist the HRBP with onboarding and offboarding processes for new joiners and leavers.
- Ensure the team has the necessary stationery, tools, and furniture for their roles.
- Help prepare agendas, organize speakers, and develop content for off-site strategy sessions and conferences.
- Assist in the preparation of board papers and presentations.
- Arrange and attend weekly Leadership team meetings, record key actions, and maintain the job list.
- Support Salaried Partners with diary management, meeting organization, and minute-taking for groups/boards.
- Manage and book travel arrangements as part of an extensive travel schedule.
- Organize and manage events and conferences.
- Oversee the management of the European office budget.
- Approve invoices and manage financial administration.
- Administer expense claims and ensure timely processing.
- Demonstrate advanced competence in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Utilize Excel for data management and analysis.
- Effectively use Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration.
Key Experience Required:
- 7
EA experience. * Experience at board level with minute taking being essential.
- Experience in supporting Senior Executives and/or teams with European exposure.
- Ideally, fluent speaker of one European language (French, German or Spanish).
- Ideally experienced in both a corporate and SME environment.
