This is a financial controlling role within New Growth Platforms finance team that offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a key growth driver for Reckitt. The incumbent will contribute to Reckitt’s New Growth Platforms, an important and strategic pillar to accelerate growth of Reckitt in whitespaces via partnership with trusted external distributors.
In this role, the individual will manage GEM (Global Expansion Market) Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes and identify risks and opportunities. Support continuous improvement initiatives with GFS and also engage in any other GEM projects / activities including VAT.
Key responsibilities:
The Senior Finance Analyst plays an essential role in managing GEM Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes and acting as a contact point for RTR activities. Such as:
Procure to Pay
- Partner with procurement leads to implement process improvements that improve our purchase order and invoice matching processes.
- Perform a routine review of vendor master records and process updates to existing vendor records including review of vendor reconciliations in line with Policy.
- Review and resolve escalated invoice and credit exceptions, purchase order discrepancies and escalated transactions appearing on vendor statements/statement of account in conjunction with GFS.
- Review monthly open receipt accruals to determine effective root cause and resolution.
- Manage root cause and resolution of supplier invoice exceptions. Expedite purchase order dispatch and issue resolution.
Order to Cash
- Manage customer credit note process with GFS
- DSO Analytics, Reporting, and Payment Trending.
- OTC integration with Logistic and Finance.
- Managing ageing report to customer / stockiest weekly and its impact on GEM Net Working Capital.
- Credit Management and Order Management
- Support on financial and administrative point of view
- Support on GEM projects delivery
- Support on GEM VAT and Tax governance

- Proficiency with Excel with ability to build business models and scenario analysis
- Creative approach to problem-solving particularly when data is limited, inconsistent, or unreliable
Skills and professional experience:
- A few years experience of progressive finance in a high growth environment, with ideally accounting and reporting experience
- Good understanding of systems/ERP, ideally SAP experience
- Strong analytical skills, strong track record of delivering outstanding performance
- Able to manage multiple activities simultaneously whilst maintaining good quality of work and achieve deadlines
