About the Opportunity
- Collaborate with other Finance team members to prepare and draft financial statements and note disclosures, MD&A and other reporting related analyses and deliverables on a quarterly basis.
- Assist in coordinating quarterly reviews and year-end audit
- Assist in monthly internal Head Office reporting
- Perform technical accounting research, analysis and prepare accounting memos under IFRS.
- Review current and prospective accounting standards and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Assist with implementation of new and amended accounting standards.
- Ad hoc projects, including but not limited to IFRS research and other
About You
- Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA)
- At least 1 full year as a Senior at a mid-sized or Big 4 public accounting firm
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of financial reporting and control standards
- Ability to produce detailed and accurate working papers
Salary Range
