The Senior Finance Analyst will be the group’s expert in several accounting areas and will play a major role in improving and overseeing the financial reporting and consolidation process. Strong financial accounting knowledge, meticulousness, and the capacity to perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment are requirements for the perfect candidate.Responsibilities:· Complete accountability for the division’s P&Ls, encompassing the budget, projections, and month-end reports with commentary and analysis.
· Optimize workflow and consistently seek to innovate and improve in order to increase productivity. Develop and produce strong financial models, testing hypotheses and producing perceptive analysis, reporting, and KPI presentations.
· Support major initiatives, including investment analysis and appraisals.
· Assist the important parties involved.
· Financial planning and commercial analytical support; finding innovative ways to communicate performance through business partnerships.Key skills and attributes:· Degree level or higher in a relevant subject.
· Skilled in MS Office Applications, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
· Understanding of bank funding would be desirable, ideally with respect to investment and development property.
· Flexible time management, responsive to tight deadlines.
· Driven and a strong work ethic.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to proactively network across functions.
