Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the Opportunity?Receives, investigates, and responds to all customer inquiries and complaints regarding banking products and services; processes basic bank service transactions. With extensive knowledge of the job and policies/practices, performs a wide range of advanced administrative/operational assignments.What will you do?

  • Assists clients with client transaction fulfillment
  • Responds to client inquiries regarding bank products and services via phone or emaill; obtains and analyzes the validity of a customer’s requests/complaints.
  • Resolves complaints from clients pertaining to banking services and provides follow-up calls when necessary.
  • Keeps records of all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, actions taken, etc., as well as banking service transactions performed.
  • Process fixed asset transactions and processes ensuring timely, accurate and completeness of fixed asset records
  • Responsible for timely and accurate reporting to FRR
