Job SummaryJob DescriptionAs a Sr. Full Stack Developer, you will provide information on the detailed technical design and development of applications using existing and emerging technology platforms. Applies experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of assignments.As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will provide information on the detailed technical design and development of applications using existing and emerging technology platforms. Applies experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of assignments.As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will provide information on the detailed technical design and development of applications using existing and emerging technology platforms. Applies experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of assignments.Design and perform code changes for AML applications, including testing, debugging, system upgrades, and related documentation updates and full lifecycle support where needed.Ensure the operating efficiency of existing application systems, conducting performance analysis and tuning when needed to maintain AML Application stability.Maintain and update technical & support documentation of application systems for stakeholders (i.e. developers, audit, and production support).Conduct analysis of organizational, end user and support needs and reflect within the AML application updates and enhancements for related roles and provisioning.Proactive involvement and leadership in the development, enhancement and ongoing maintenance of various data centric processing and reporting solutions.Provide accurate time and work estimates to meet project schedules including the coordination and implementation planning activities needed to meet imposed deadlines and provide prompt escalation on blockers.Update and maintain unit test plans and provide needed coordination and support for testing with QE partners.Provide technical support to Production Support team to help resolve production issues.WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Must have:Deadline-driven, results-oriented and a good team playerAbility to multi-task effectively and provide clear and timely communication on status.Strong business communication and stakeholder management abilities.Minimum 4 to 6 years professional experience in software development preferably with modern application frameworksAbility to provide updates for detailed schedule tracking, proactively identify risks and escalate issues and provide resolution facilitation and guidance.Strong understanding of change and risk management, SDLC, and Agile ceremoniesProficient in auditing principles and needs.Experience with the following languages: Java, .Net, SQL, Scala, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, UNIX/Windows OS.Hands-on experience with OpenShift, Urban Code Deploy, GitHub, and Jenkins deployment methodologies.Comfortable with Linux/Unix operating system commandsExperience implementing CI/CD pipelines employing fully automated deployments.Build / present reporting for management level presentations.Nice to have:Prior Tableau and ServiceNow usage experienceHighly proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses.3+ years of experience in both waterfall and Agile methodologies.Proven ability to manage high-visibility projects with strong executive presence and excellent organization, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.What’s in it for you?
