Location: North Scottsdale, AZ (near East Bell Road and the 101)
Compensation: Dependent on Experience
Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401K)

- Monitor and prioritize the queue of incoming requests for quotes and other administrative tasks. Ensure timely processing and follow-up to meet client deadlines.
- Strategically engage with brokers and clients to convert quote requests into confirmed business. Utilize persuasive communication skills and product knowledge to overcome objections and address concerns.
- Provide outstanding customer service to brokers and clients throughout the quoting process. Act as a trusted advisor, offering personalized guidance and support tailored to their individual needs.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting or exceeding service level agreements and turnaround times. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in workflow management.
- Effectively communicate and build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with varying communication styles. Tailor interactions to accommodate different personality types and preferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in health insurance sales and account management.
- Possession of a broker’s license or willingness to obtain one within the first six months of employment.
- Proven track record of success in selling healthcare products and services, with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Experience conducting sales presentations and negotiations via teleconference.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
