RSK Group are recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner to join the team, whilst this is a remote role there are requirements to travel to multiple offices therefore preferably you would be based around either Cheshire, Birmingham, Bristol, Hemel Hempstead or London. This is a full-time, permanent position.You will be required to build solid relationships and understand the teams and individual business challenges, to enable you to support effectively with the day-to-day HR matters and overall HR strategy. The role would suit someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment, with a challenging workload, comfortable and confident in managing and developing a team.Responsibilities:
- You will work within the Geosciences and Engineering Division, across circa 30+ business units reporting to the Divisional HR Manager, with your own direct reports who you will directly be responsible for the line management and development of.
- Mentor, coach and support team members in their duties to support the delivery of the HR strategy, identifying any specific training needs
- Promote a positive and collaborative team ethos and prioritise the development of less senior members of staff, carrying out regular one to ones and being a key escalation point
- Ensure you are up to date with HR BP’s progress in working towards the Businesses goals and objectives whilst upholding the businesses core values.
- Be comfortable with travelling at short notice as and when required with flexibility to manage your own diary
- Partner our Key Stakeholders and drive the HR strategy to improve service delivery.
Qualification and Experience:
- You will have 5 years proven experience in managing a team and have been responsible for their development
- At least 5 years previous experience of being an HR Business Partner
- CIPD L7 part or fully qualified or hold a relevant HR qualification. A degree in HR Management, Law or related field would be an advantage
- Skilled at networking and establishing relationships
- Proven experience in proficiently leading on a variety of different Employee relations cases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, illustrating empathy where required, sensitively and maintaining confidentiality
- Proficient in IT software such as Microsoft packages

- Salary will be dependent on experience the right person for the role
