We believe that our differences make us stronger.About the team:In addition to working with other Immigration Consultants in the Ireland practice, this role will specifically see the successful candidate serve as a key client contact for an identified major technology client. This will involve advising the client (in conjunction with our Senior Associates) on technical aspects of Irish immigration, managing ramps and becoming a subject matter expert in the client’s immigration programme and needs.Team members support each other, whether that means sharing knowledge and skills or in taking on additional work where someone is at capacity. Senior Immigration Analyst’s will be given the unique opportunity to work closely with major national and global clients on a day-to-day basis. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a growing local office within an international firm with significant career progression opportunities both here and abroad!The Senior Analyst will provide administrative support to the Manager and Consultants in their team; they will also provide some client facing support under the supervision of their manager for a range of international and Irish clientsOther key responsibilities will include:Administrative/Team SupportLiaising with external governmental departments regarding immigration case workSupports Consultants and Senior Consultants with all aspects of case managementAd hoc admin projectsAssigns tasks to Coordinators’ teamAssists the team with general billing dutiesMonitors drop boxesManages incoming and outgoing post for the teamAssists the team with file and task managementProvides reliable and effective support during team members’ absencesImmigration Case WorkManages straightforward cases under supervisionDrafts applications when neededClient SupportClient contact limited to straightforward mattersMonitors client drop boxesCommunicate with assignees regarding certain procedural and case issuesUse a high level of attention to detail at every step to ensure correspondence is clear, concise, and appropriate to the audience, keeping in mind client styleAbout you:We are looking for highly organised and pro-active people with excellent communication skills.
