You will gather requirements, analyze scope of work, determine the work back schedules and ensure Enterprise Digital’s audit requirements are met. You will lead the delivery team through all phases of the change request cycle and work collaboratively with editors, developers, authors, designers, accessibility, testers, and publishers to deliver timely high quality content changes across our digital properties. Enterprise Digital Intake team is the front door to all essential and marketing content changes for publishing on CIBC’s public and client facing digital properties including CIBC.com, online banking, digital cart, ATM and vendor platforms.How You’ll SucceedCommunication – Strong written and verbal communication with ability to collaborate and work closely with lines of businesses and cross-functional delivery teams within Digital. The ability to negotiate timelines and workload with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successfully implementation of content updates. You are able to understand requirements by listening, asking questions and providing excellent customer service to internal and external partners.Planning and Organizing – A strong desire to problem-solve, solid organizational skills and the ability to forecast workload for other resource teams. You are a prioritizing machine. When confronted with multiple competing perspectives, you are able to hone in on what has the most value at any given moment and reprioritize other deliverables.Digital experience-Be digitally savvy with an inherent and keen interest in technology, ready to seek out innovative solutions and embrace evolving technologies. Easily adapt to new tools and digital banking industry trends.Interpersonal Skills/Collaborative Communication/Relationship building- Have excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation and engagement skills both verbal and written. Maintain and encourage open and honest business relationships within the team and with business partners. Have the ability to thrive in a collaborative, agile, fast pace, multi-tasking, environment that is driven by SLAs and business needs.Manage multiple initiatives at the same time in a fast paced environment- leading the team through all phases of the change request delivery cycle and present deliverables to all stakeholders.
