Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?This team provides support for the Global Client Success during the sales and relationship cycles for high value clients and represents technology aspects of the offering. Supports client retention and exceptional experience through effective relationship building, communication of RBC I&TS technology strategy and capabilities and day to day follow up. Assumes accountability for client satisfaction vis a vis IT. Acts as the client ambassador within RBC I&TS IT. Ensures alignment of strategies and escalation of client concerns. Acts with a commercial and value focused mindset.What will you do?

  • Serve as a key business partner in addressing client relationship requests to support and prioritize both new business development and ongoing client relationship management.
  • Build effective relationships with clients; understand client’s strategies, processes and challenges from the IT standpoint and align to RBC strategies.
  • Through trend analysis feed into the internal IT roadmap discussions by being the ‘Voice of the Client’ and share their vision of how IT can support their business
  • Participate in regular client meetings with the client. Represent IT and provide follow-up and updates to the client on escalated issues. Consult on client technology requests by recommending solutions to Client Success, Product, and Sales.
  • Work with Technology partners to implement Client SLAs, use efficient KPIs to monitor efficiency and quality and propose improvements.
  • Present high level overview of Cybersecurity and Risk Management Framework to Clients RFP & Sales Consultancy
  • Conduct secondary review of RFP responses populated by the Proposal Management team from an I&TS IT Application perspective
  • Primary point of contact for specialization for large, complex RFP responses; reaching out to IT counterpoints to research responses for areas outside of expertise and to reconfirm responses as required

What do you need to succeed?

  • Detailed knowledge of I&TS Systems including Fund Accounting/Administration, Transfer Agency, Custody, Trade Matching and supporting applications
  • Proven track record on defining and implementing solutions
  • Demonstrated Consultative approach working with Internal and External teams
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate on developing and implementing solutions
  • Working knowledge of existing solutions and offerings to clients
  • Strong proven communication skills to provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
