Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?A challenging and exciting role within the fast paced world of Wealth Management that will offer to the successful candidate an opportunity to work with modern technologies, manage a team of IT professionals and influence how a set of Data Visualization applications within the Wealth space grow as the app custodian for those applications. This role will be accomplishing not only through reactive response techniques but proactive ones that leverage machine learning, automation, monitoring and alerting to minimize any application downtime.What will you do?Manages a team of resources and coordinates accordingly for all maintenance and transformation objectivesEstablishes and maintains UAT, IST and Production environments and implementations.Manages the troubleshooting and root cause analysis of application problemsLeads the investigation and analysis of application failures including writing up of incident and root cause analysis reportsManage and lead DRP initiatives, including implementation and testing.Manage and lead infrastructure changes/upgrades initiated by GTO IT including things like patching that limit risk and compliance vulnerabilities associated to TSS, NPIDs, WWF, Crypto, etc.Identifies and escalates to senior management potential areas that may be improved to cut down support costs and budgets.Act as an application custodian for a number of Wealth Management Applications (i.e. Fee Billing, Collateral Monitoring System, Global Security Aggregation System, SecureAPI, Teamview, Dataview, Content Management Services, etc.)What do you need to succeed?Must Have3+ years of people management experience with a technical aptitude for developed applications (both vendor and in-house built) running on-prem and/or on cloudExpertise in SQL Querying, SQL DBsExpertise in interpreting Stored ProceduresWorking experience with OCP and External Cloud (i.e. Azure, AWS, etc.)Understanding of Batch Job Schedulers and Programming Languages (i.e. DataStage, Zeke, JCL, etc.)Experience of Application/Web Server Administration and SRE Tools: Dynatrace, Catchpoint, Ansible, Aternity, etc.Nice to HaveKnowledgeable on Wealth Management BusinessComputer Science degreeWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
