Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?As Senior Manager, CRM Data Enablement and Reporting, you will bring a proven track record of leading the development of strategic reporting and data visualization which allow us to monitor client growth, marketing campaign performance and enable our partners to make decisions with relevant data and insights. In this role you will work directly with Marketing, Sales, Product, Next Best Action business partners to fulfill the following critical functions:Support RBC’s client growth initiatives by providing data, reporting and insights on the measurement of new client acquisition and client defectionDevelopment and delivery of next generation marketing campaign performance reporting solutions required for Personal and Commercial Banking to meet business, marketing and financial imperativesDemonstrate and provide subject matter expertise in data and reporting infrastructure design and optimization, using data visualization and analytical tools such as Tableau, SAS and Jupyter NotebookPromote best practices in data and reporting development such as standardized look and feel, accurate measurement of key metrics, adoption of automation process and enablement of data through the implementation of semantic data layerWhat will you do?Lead the development and maintenance of client growth reporting solution that tracks client acquisition and retention KPIs across LOB levers, acquisition channel, client segment and regionLead the end-to-end design and delivery of CRM and campaign reporting in support of Next Best Action journeys and offersCollaborate with business and marketing stakeholders on the delivery of easy to use, self-serve dashboards that captures user requirement such as response metrics, segment/channel performance, client coverage metrics and financial performanceDrive the continuous improvement effort by proactively identifying enhancement and/or optimization opportunities within existing reports for both front end and back end that will improve overall user experienceLead strategic initiatives to explore, understand and leverage Enterprise Data Lake (EDL) /Cloud (Snowflake) as new data source for capturing client, product, marketing related metrics and insights that are not available in the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)Lead the effort on adoption of online/digital data using Starburst Trino for the identification and measurement of digital leads. Ensure key digital metrics are reported across campaign reports and dashboardsConversion of existing suite of reporting from SAS to Python via Jupyter NotebookWhat you need to succeed?Must-have:Leadership skills with a proven track record of obtaining results through collaboration, impact and influence, and knowing when done is better than perfectAbility to perform complex data analysis and manipulation using SAS (Base SAS 9.4/Enterprise guide/SAS Studio) and Python (Jupyter Notebook)Advanced proficiency in developing user-friendly reports and dashboards using TableauSuperior and proven technical experience with large relational databases (ex.
