Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?Supporting the RBC Insurance Data and AI team, the Senior Manager, Data Enablement and Integration role is accountable to the Data team to support in development, delivery and ongoing optimization of internal team strategy, operations, communications and business management. You would sit on the Data & AI Senior Director’s leadership team and be responsible for bridging strategic thinking across the team to enable the success. You will be also responsible for driving and improving engagement across the Data & AI team. Furthermore, you will work closely with the leadership team and stakeholders to assess current capabilities, identify opportunities and design future state capabilities and roadmap implementation to continually improve team effectiveness.What will you do?
- Develop thought leadership on behalf of RBCI diata providing perspectives on vision and imperatives and operational excellence to drive value and efficiency
- Synthesize findings and present clear recommendations and implementation options to ensure impactful delivery outcomes with partners and senior leaders
- Coordinate internal RBCI Data Planning & Strategy review and refresh with Sr. Directors Data & AI and SMT
- Lead and support Data & AI leadership in annual OKR definition and quarterly OKR review and retrospective activities at Data level
- Support and champion the development of thought leadership on behalf of RBCI Data & AI providing perspectives on vision, imperatives, operational excellence, and business models to drive value and efficiency
- Develop communications to support the discussion and advancement and evolution of Digital team and a horizontal delivery capability within RBCI
- Support the development and delivery of the Data Literacy Strategy & Plan
- Maintain data literacy communication/execution plan calendar with vehicles, audience, dates
- Archive and maintain a library of completed presentations and visual templates
- Support the upskilling of internal Data & AI team members with lunch & learn style presentations and guest speakers.
- Plan and execute team sessions, offsites, socials, and volunteer opportunities.
