Requisition ID: 200064Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture.The Senior Manager, will be responsible to acquire, standardize and store data to apply the P&L models effectively and enable effective, timely reporting:
- Design, build and maintain CARIBE MIS, portal, and Reporting tools.
- Integrate local MIS reporting into centralized CARIBE MIS.
- Manage monthly extraction, transformation and loading of IB financial data to the CARIBE MIS.
Design and maintain workable P&L measurement policies, models, and processes acceptable to CARIBE stakeholders:
- Design Activity Based Costing allocation framework, facilitate stakeholder negotiations and implementation of rules.
- Engage and interface with subject matter experts for the design and implementation of FTP, PCL, and Capital rules.
- Provide ongoing governance of CARIBE business rules and effect updates to reflect business changes.
Develop and communicate relevant, accurate and timely performance reporting and user analytical tools:
- Transform and present CARIBE data in insightful and actionable business performance reports – production/adhoc.
- Design and incorporate plan, forecasting and profit planning functionality.
- Provide business insight to support Blue Book financials, investor relations and analyst calls.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:Information Management:
- Design, build and maintain CARIBE system, portal, and tools.
- Integrate local MIS reporting into centralized CARIBE system.
- Manage monthly ETL process to convert and feed data from financial system and various data sources into CARIBE.
- Address information requirements on demand.
- Monitor the usage of assigned hardware and software resources.
- Develop and document the processes that guarantee the quality and security of information.
Business Rules Design & Governance:
- Design Activity Based Costing allocation framework, facilitate stakeholder negotiations and implementation of rules.
- Engage and interface with SME for design / implementation of FTP, PCL, and Capital.
- Integrate the local flows of information and operational transactions to Global Business Rules at Account, Product and Segment level, building and maintaining the mappings consistently across IB – CARIBBEAN Region.
- Ongoing governance and model updates to reflect business changes.
Performance Reporting:
- Transform and present CARIBE data in insightful and actionable business performance reports – production/adhoc.
- Design and incorporate plan, forecasting and profit planning functionality.
- Develops and maintains financial reporting solutions (including Enterprise Performance Management tools, visualization tools and data analytics applications), for the IB Business Line.
Relationship and Project Management:
- Supports/manages special project work and ad-hoc inquiries/requests for information. This includes but not limited to:
- Project coordination for with various teams in IB Finance, GFT.
- Create schedules for the reporting changes and perform follow ups on requirement/quality assurance related issues as required.
- Provide coordination of system issues through collation and documentation for management review.
- Consult, define, and prioritize stakeholder requirements for CARIBE MIS.
- CARIBE User Experience – engagement, onboarding, education, and relationship management.
- Documentation of key processes and infrastructure.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:
- 7+ years of experience of financial reporting ideally in financial institutions
- Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields
- Thorough knowledge of Bank LGL/EGL Accounting hierarchy, finance (LGL/EGL and core banking platforms)
- Knowledge of data architecture & analytics, e.g., MSSQL.
- Broad knowledge of business and finance to map & transform source data.
- Experience using statistical computer languages (Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
- Understanding of financial and management accounting principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Broad knowledge of country & organizational entities,
- Advanced knowledge of data management, aggregation and analysis techniques.
- Experience visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience working with and creating data architectures.
- Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion and Essbase and SmartView
- Expert knowledge of MS Excel, and VBA
