You will sell and deliver Consolidation & Close transformation projects that are tailor made, business led and technology enabled across geographic and organisational boundaries. You will drive business development, lead new opportunities and sales, and own relationships with EPM Consolidation & Close software vendors and clients.You will be responsible for:
- Playing a key role in developing the proposition, aligning it to Deloitte’s Thought Leadership in Finance, and leading the team in creating the necessary supporting material
- Working externally (Clients) and internally (Deloitte Account Teams) to develop your own sales pipeline
- Leading business development opportunities including responding to RFPs, writing proposals, and delivering proposal presentations
- Leading the delivery of large complex Consolidation & Close transformation programs from start to finish
- Maintaining relationships with software vendor sales representatives and building long-term trusted relationships with clients
- Developing talent through mentoring, coaching and knowledge & experience sharing
- Managing and nurturing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

We’re all about letting our leaders lead, so we’ll give you the breathing space you need to do so’.You will demonstrate:Essential:· Experience of selling Oracle Close & Consolidation projects of over £1.0m· Experience of leading Oracle Close & Consolidation projects with fees greater than £1.0m· Extensive knowledge of Oracle Close & Consolidation processes, including Statutory and Management consolidation, close and reporting· Experience in other EPM solutions: OneStream, SAP BPC or Group Reporting· Extensive experience in leading large delivery teams· Extensive experience across different sectors and industriesDesirable:
- Qualified/Part-Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA
- Understanding of ESG frameworks and/or ESG Reporting Standards
- Past hands-on experience on configuration and technical implementation of close and consolidation tools
- Experience of delivering solution using offshore and/or near-shore teams
- Certification in Oracle FCC
