Job Summary As Senior Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing Reporting Shared Services’ reporting capabilities. Development and implementation of advanced and efficient solutions for report automation and provide meaningful business insights and analysis to our stakeholders. Actively contribute and support CFO AIM initiatives and Reporting Shared Services strategic direction and vision. You will also provide production and maintenance support for monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting activities.Job DescriptionWhat will you do?Act as a strategic partner to finance leadership and identify opportunities and reporting solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional groups to understand reporting needs, map out workflows, pain points, transformation opportunities, then, translate into scalable reporting solutionsDesign and develop advanced reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, RPAsAccountable for the production, maintenance, and enhancements of financial reportAssess current financial reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and modernization. Identify and automate manual finance processes to drive operational efficiencyMonitor and maintain automated solutions to ensure reliability and accuracy over timeEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and governance by establishing reliable data pipelines and validation processesWhat do you need to succeed? Must-haveBachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting/Finance or Post-secondary education with strong knowledge (5+ Years) of financial reporting processes and technologyStrong financial systems knowledge (PeopleSoft, Adjustment Capture, FiBRS, Requestor Tools, EPM, CDM)Knowledge of source systems in the business units and reporting processes (e.g., business rules management, month-end close, etc.)Previous experience designing and developing advanced reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, RPAsStrong Excel and VBA skills- VBA Object Modeling; SQL, Data NormalizationNice-to-have:Previous financial industry experiencePrevious experience automating reportsWhat’s in it for youWe thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
