In this role, you will:Assess channel costs and profitability, define target client segments and the role of each of our channels – mortgage brokers, Home Financing Advisors, branch and digitalDrive enabling initiatives to continually move us closer to our optimal channel mixEnhance support to the branch network mortgage sales competencies through the creation of sales tools, training material and sales resourcesPartner with the Retail Distribution teams to establish a feedback loop to define areas of focus and how to enhance capabilitiesDefine, measure, and track channel key performance indicators to underpin the channel strategy and provide actionable management insightsAct as the business subject matter expert to inform the design and delivery of channel-related technology and process enhancementsTrack sales and distribution trends in the industry among competitors and provide regular updates to managementChampion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledgeUnderstand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisionsChampion a high-performance environment and contribute to an inclusive work environmentDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
