Connect to your IndustryWe are looking for talented Senior Managers with experience working with either private sector companies or in the public sector to join our growing SAP Change Management team.The role will involve leading the Change Management work stream of SAP (including S/4HANA) technology programmes with day-to-day responsibility for completion to quality of client deliverables as well as supporting sales activities for high-profile bids in our target accounts.   • Developing change strategies to inform the direction and purpose of change planning together with defining and delivering the strategy to ensure the changes can be sustained
  • Creating and implementing change plans and interventions that maximise employee adoption and usage whilst minimising resistance in partnership with other programme leads
  • Creating actionable deliverables across the key organisational change management interventions: (1) leadership alignment and visioning, (2) change impact assessment, (3) communications, (4) people readiness, (5) stakeholder engagement, (6) change network and (7) end user training
  • Designing a way to measure the success of the changes considering speed of adoption, ultimate utilisation and proficiency of the impacted community
  • Acting as a bridge between internal technical teams and client business representatives to ensure change success
  • Supporting wider project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans
  • Ensuring the successful delivery of a range of transformative initiatives, and helping clients adapt to significant changes to their working practice and process
  • Enabling and ensuring that projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and to budget by increasing employee usage and adoption of the new ways of working
  • Leading, managing and delivering the people side of change (e.g. business process changes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures) as part of digital transformation programmes
  • Coaching and providing direct support to senior leaders, executives and key client groups (managers / supervisors) in helping them fulfil the role of “Change Sponsor” as they support their teams through transitions
  • Building teams and proactively mentor junior members of the offering
  • Keeping abreast of new techniques, technologies and industry trends in relation to Change Management and ensuring that insight flows into our core SAP+ Change Management Offering
  • Acting as a key part of the business development process by leading the Change Management collateral in SAP proposals

Connect to your skills and professional experienceTo be successful in this role you are required to demonstrate:Essentials

  • Deep Technology programme Change Management experience across multiple frameworks and tools
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP is essential, either as part of an operational or consulting role, ideally in a leadership position
  • Strong understanding of leading edge organisation development, change theories and methods, with demonstrable experience of practical and successful application of these within a complex matrix environment
  • Proven understanding of how people go through change and the change process
  • Strong experience in leading, planning, designing, delivering and evaluating business transformation and change programmes in line with senior stakeholder expectations
  • Proven experience building and maintaining strong client relationships, establishing credibility with and instilling confidence in our clients
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage with a range of partners and stakeholders to move towards a common goal and clearly articulate messages to a range of audiences with differing levels of understanding
  • Confident to challenge the status quo to positive outcome using innovative methods and approaches
  • Experience in leading the creation of discussion decks and proposals, and participating in pre-sales and sales meetings
  • Experience in planning and managing programmes to time and to budget in support of the overall programme plan
  • Exceptional people skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence those around you
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to coach and mentor clients, own team members and other stakeholders (internal and external at all levels)
  • Managing / working in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • A sound and active knowledge of the Prosci® approach to change including the ADKAR® model would be advantageous
  • Professional Change Management (or equivalent) qualifications would be beneficial
  • Evidence of continued professional development and expert knowledge (for aspects of your field) would be advantageous
