Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?The Senior Manager, TI Finance will be responsible for the financial governance, advisory support, performance management and business segment communication related to Tech Infrastructure’s Platform charge outs. The Senior Manager will be responsible for the development of key messages and insights for Senior Management in Segment Finance teams as well as the businesses; as well as proactively provide value added advice to the business segments on cost drivers and ways to manage their costs through the delivery of meaningful and actionable information and insight which are critical to senior management decisions.What you will do?
- Proactively understand and rationalize the allocation of TI services to various business segments/Lines of Businesses.
- Responsible for all TI allocation processes including annual planning, ongoing forecasts, T-5 estimates and monthly monitoring of business segment allocation results
- Lead the 5 year outlook process for allocations to Segments including production of executive commentary and Finance and BAS prep for Business Review meetings
- Responsible for the preparation of executive communication material as it relates to Segment financials for actuals, forecasts and Plan
- Responsible for creation of legal entity analyses and communication to T&O Financial Control and Legal Entity controllers as it relates to changes in allocations by legal entity
- Proactively manage NIBT on a monthly basis and make recommendations on potential true ups/rebates and/or in year rate changes
- Responsible for data control and governance of allocations for actuals and forecast/plan and the reconciliation to EPM
- Manage ad hoc projects
What you will do?Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting
- 3+ years of people management experience
- University degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written, superior interpersonal and effective collaboration skills, to act as a change agent and facilitator and to establish relationships across all levels of the enterprise, superior business acumen
- Strong understanding of strategic and business planning processes
