We’re a leading global online food delivery platform, and our vision is to empower everyday convenience.Whether it’s a Friday-night feast, a post-gym poke bowl, or grabbing some groceries, our tech platform connects tens of millions of customers with hundreds of thousands of restaurant, grocery and convenience partners across the globe.About this roleAs a Senior Product Analyst, you will leverage advanced technical skills, deep knowledge of Logistics Products, and strong business acumen to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations that support strategic planning and decision-making for the Product Logistics team. You will have a key role in analysing product performance and building reports to support product development and improvement. You will work closely with Product managers, software engineers, data scientists and other cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve our products.Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our Winnipeg or Toronto office & 2 days working from homeReporting to: Manager, Product AnalystThese are some of the key ingredients to the role:Proactively identify opportunities to improve product performance through in-depth data analysisConduct simulations, experiments and multivariate analyses to derive causality and test hypothesesCreate end to end data pipelines and design new metrics and dashboards to support analysis and empower stakeholders to self-serveDevelop strong relationships with a network of stakeholders, establishing clear prioritisation and managing expectationsPresent insights and recommendations to stakeholders for large & complex projects in easy-to-understand languageLead small projects and mentor more junior colleagues, revising their work and guiding them towards project completionWhat will you bring to the table?Proven expertise working in the field of Data Analytics with a strong focus on problem solving and deep-dive analysisAdvanced experience in SQL and BI reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlikview, Looker Studio)Hands-on mentality, structured and solution-oriented thinking, critical questioning and focusing on ongoing developmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and establish own prioritiesStatistical programming experience in Python is a strong plusExperience in experimentation such as A/B testing is a strong plusUnderstanding and experience in AWS/GCP data offerings is a plusAt JET, this is on the menu:Our teams forge connections internally and work with some of the best-known brands on the planet, giving us truly international impact in a dynamic environment.Fun, fast-paced and supportive, the JET culture is about movement, growth and about celebrating every aspect of our JETers.
